Is it better to apply for my Thai DTV visa in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City?
I am currently in Vietnam. I was planning to apply for my DTV in Ho Chi Minh City (where I am currently), but would it be better to apply in Hanoi? I don’t mind paying for a flight if the process is easier/faster there. Thanks!
