Email or call Thai consulate you're using in Toronto or Vancouver. They are pretty responsive. Offhand I'd say almost any amount of time and likely 3 months or less.

minimum 6 months bank statement with 500k currently....

I applied 12 months ago from the UK and I provided 6 months bank statements with the month I applied showing funds I had transferred in from another account to make up the 500k. I was approved no issues.

It varies at each embassy Some want 6 months some want 3 month’s some want 3 months but the 500k only has to show for the final balance
