Folks, any advice on “Medical Certificate of 6 diseases” used for work permit/ non-imm visa renewal... Int’l hospital charges too much for that paper which is similar to that for driver license per se! Thanks a lot for advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post seeks advice on obtaining a 'Medical Certificate of 6 diseases' for visa purposes, mentioning that international hospitals charge high fees for this document. A comment suggests that any doctor can sign the certificate and recommends seeking private or government hospitals or clinics for more affordable options.
For the medical certificate, you should be able to get any doctor to sign off of it. If an international hospital is too much, try a private hospital, government hospital, or a private clinic. Someone should be able to sign off the paperwork without much cost.
Which place would be the best or cheapest? I don't know, ask on a local Facebook group.
I don't think there is any reason to keep comments open. If anyone disagrees, please send a mod a message.
