TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for doctors or practices in Jomtien or Pattaya where they can obtain a medical examination certificate required for an OA visa application. Several comments clarify that the OA visa can only be applied for from the applicant's home country or where they have residency. Some suggest local options for obtaining the medical certificate easily in Thailand, such as Dr. Donna in Bangkok, with others mentioning quick and inexpensive options available locally. It's emphasized that while one can obtain a medical certificate in Thailand, it may not be valid for the visa application process, which should be initiated from the home country.

As said, you can't apply for this visa from within Thailand. Having said that, if you are already here, the idea of having a local physicial complete this form might be a good idea - depending on where your home country is. In some countries (namely the US) physicians are giving people hard times completing this form - wheras in Thailand it sould be done easily and at little cost.

As others have said an OA can only be applied for in your home country. That said nothing stopping you from getting a medical certificate signed over here for 150 baht on Pattaya Tai that's valid for a month. Alternatively contact Dr Donna as suggested and she can get it done via email or WhatsApp

Are you aware you can't apply for a Non-OA visa from inside Thailand? You can only do so either from your home country or from a country where have an official residence permit. You also can't use the evisa system from inside Thailand, you need to travel to the country of the consulate you want to apply through. If you are on a tourist entry you can convert that to a Non-O visa inside Thailand provided you meet the criteria which includes having a minimum of 800k baht in a Thai bank account for a Non-O based on being over 50, but there's no need for Insurance, police checks etc

Yes, I converted to the O and don’t need the medical requirement.

A local agent can help you with that.

Good luck

I applied to my GP in UK for the medical. He said he could not provide it. I was later informed he could provide a letter saying he could not provide it and that would be £45. Hence my question best place in Jonteim or Pattaya to get the medical done. Thank you

Are you currently in Thailand, because the OA can only be applied for where you have residency or your passport country.

Aside from that you can contact Dr. Donna in Bangkok.
