Hello, I originally entered thailand january 20 with a 30 day exempt, after that amnesty until sept 25 , used the 60 day visiting wife extension which expires november 26.

What are my options now ?

I still have an embassy letter ( USA ) dated sept. 9th. That i have not used.

Thank you for any advice you can give.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is currently in Thailand on a 60-day visa extension due to marriage, set to expire on November 26, and is seeking advice on what options are available following this date. A comment suggests waiting until closer to the expiration to apply for a new 60-day extension, emphasizing that the embassy letter is outdated and not required for the extension.

wait closer to the expiration date of the extension you have now and then go apply for the new 60 day extension they offer. I think that embassy letter is too old now (and the US consulate stopped issuing them) BUT you don't need an embassy letter to get the 60 day extension.

Just to be clear about this , i don’t need to do anything by Oct. 31 ?

I just wait until the middle of Nov. to apply for a 60 day extension . And bring along the form that you posted ?

Thanks for your help.

you don't need to do anything because you're NOT on amnesty, you already got a valid stamp that's good until the end of Nov. You go apply for a 60 day extension before it runs out
