TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking options to extend their Non O visa based on marriage as their 90-day stay expires on January 7. Various solutions were suggested, including applying for a 60-day tourist visa in a neighboring country followed by a 30-day extension, applying for a 60-day extension for visiting family in Thailand without financial proof, and obtaining a one-year Non O visa at the Thai embassy in Savannakhet or Ho Chi Minh City, which does not require financial documentation.

Or visit Savannakhet Laos or HCMC Vietnam Thai Embassy and apply for a 1 year multiple entry non immigrant o visa based on being married, a few copies and no financial requirements needed.

@Robert ******
don’t know how u guys do it!

or apply for a 1 year Extension of Stay,but then you need 400.000 Thb in a Thai bank or have a monthly income of minimum 40.000 Thb.

you can apply for a 60 Day Extension of Stay based on visiting family, this has no financial requirements other then the 1.900 Thb Fee.

I believe you can extend your non o by 60 days in country at immigration - I’ll let the experts respond but it is one of the options I am looking at if my ext of stay application fails - do a search in this group for 60 day extension

How often do you come to Thailand each year? Possibly the NonO Married to Thai visa available at Savannakhet or Ho Chi Minh City would be a flood choice. Multi-entry...no financial required.

Or get a 60 day visa to visit your Thai family....from your local Thai Immigration office.
