- 500k+ in my Kasikorn bank account deposited in the next few days (no 3 month record)
- been freelancing here and there and have some incomes from payment gateways from my country and also international Stripe & Whop
- had ED visa before and multiple tourist visas
- currently in Bangkok
- short personal letter
- no current work or income
What’s my best option? And which consulate?
1. Applying by myself to a Workation freelance DTV right now with what i have
2. Applying by myself with a muay thai gym package and invitation letter
3. Waiting 3 months with the money in the bank and then applying
4. Using an agency to help me apply to either Workation or Soft power
5. Applying for a 1 year work permit visa instead of DTV
Thank you for your help and comments.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on the best visa options in Thailand given their current financial situation, previous visa history, and lack of income. They present several options: applying for a Workation visa, Muay Thai gym package with an invitation letter, waiting for three months, using an agency for help, or applying for a one-year work permit visa. Commenters suggest that without current income, waiting three months for a Soft Power route might be most advisable, with considerations for the necessary documentation and recent scrutiny regarding DTV holders.
I’m pretty sure you’ll need to prove some sort of regular income with any of the DTV options. Perhaps start “paying youself” every week for a month or two and then using that as proof of a “new contract”.
Do you have a job lined up? You can only apply for a visa that allows you to hold a work permit with documentation from your proposed employer. For DTV it sounds like soft power is your only option, probably best to wait 3 months but they can also ask you to show how you will support yourself
