What are the options for applying for a DTV Visa in Thailand, especially when retired and without an income?

I'm currently living in Thailand (on the student visa. It expires in Marchl.

I'd like to apply for the DTV.

-I meet the financial requirement with my savings

-I'm retired (under 50)

-I don't have a business

-I don't work remotely

-I don't have an income

What options do you suggest I look into for acquiring the DTV?

I see some applying for MEDICAL / DENTAL. It's possible to get the 5 year DTV based on a medical appt, is that correct??
