My family’s passports were damaged so we had to replace them all. I’m taking the new passports to immigration to get our visa stamps. I have a police report stating the cause of damage, and letters from our embassies requesting new visa/entrance stamps. Do I need to take anything else?

okay we ascertained that the O/P and their spouse are on Non-B and Non-O visa yearly extensions of stays that they got at Chaengwattana from Non-B and Non-O visas
The children are on overstay from visa exempt entries
They also only have ONE of the old passports that was returned to them when they got new ones, the canadian embassy gave back the old passport, the US embassy would not,
I believe they will have to go FIRST to IT Square Laksi Plaza to "recover the entry stamp" and to get another stamp and after that you go to Chaengwattana to get the extension stamps recovered
