What Documents Are Required to Extend a Visa Exempt 30 Days in Thailand?

Hi. I'm going to extend first time (regular extension) my visa exempt 30 days tomorrow in Muang Thong Thani. Has anyone ever been required based on your recent experience to submit other documents beside these:

- Passport

- Copy of passport page

- Copy of visa stamp

- Copy of TM6 form arrival card

- TM7 filled form

- Two photos

- 1900 Baht fee

I would like to avoid incomplete required documents. Thanks!
