Hello all

Location is Bangkok

I have a non o trailing spouse visa as my husband is a foreign teacher

When going to do the extension, does my husband have to be there? Or can I go alone? (He already has an extension)

Thank you so much for all your help! I really appreciate all your timeπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌπŸ™πŸΌ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster has a Non-O trailing spouse visa, and is inquiring if their husband, who is already extended, must accompany them for the visa extension process. Comments indicate that the husband likely needs to be present with specific documentation, as the wife's extension is based on his visa status.

If it helps, I went to Chaengwattana last week for my non-O (trailing spouse - husband has non-B), and they gave me this list of documents to bring.

The officer also wanted to talk to myself and my husband

, Is this for Non-B teaching?

I'm asking because requirements for a Non-O spouse to a Non-B/extension holde are different between Non-B employment (company) and Non-B teaching (government school or private school).

@Alexis ********
thank you for that

Unless I am mistaken because your extension is based on your husbands visa/extension (trailing spouse) he has to be there, with his contract, his work permit, his passport, documentation from the employer stating they know you are getting a trailing spouse extension.
