Hi my daughter  is in school here 

And the mother  non thai has a work permit and buisness here .

My daughter  has a valid visa .

But should i renew my daughter  visa every 90 days at a cost of 1000b or just let it expire, now that the mother has a work permit 

My daughter  is 4

Also will my daughter  have any problems  leaving the country  and re-entering  with the mother for work related travel 🤔

Your daughter is not punished for violating visa conditions because she's a minor, but I don't see why you'd want to do that. Your daughter could later have problems with it.

Is there anything against putting your daughter on a dependent visa on the basis of the mother's work visa? Company should sort that, though reading she manages it herself the cost still comes on her but it is the usual way to go. She should have people doing this for her.

If a child cannot overstay or get bannned why should they have a visa that is my question why pay thanks

because it's against the law. Being excused for all the applicable penalties doesn't make it legal.

Just get the dependent visa for the kid through the company. That's the standard.
