Tricky situation on Extension of Stay for parent based on expat Child studying in bkk.

So my wife has recently got a Non Imm O visa based on our daughter studying here. She will enter around mid Feb so she will be allowed to stay until approx Mid May.

Before that we will need to apply for the early extension. Here is where is gets tricky. The daughter visa is up to 30.06 and therefore will be renewed for another year sometimes in June.

Accordingly my wife, I presume, will not get a one year extension but only until the 30.06 (my assumption based on what I get for the other daughter). So assume she gets the 30.06 extension then in june the daughter gets the yearly extension how can she extend her visa as well?

Hope I was clear!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the complexities of extending their wife's Non-O visa based on their daughter's ongoing education in Bangkok. The wife's visa, which is linked to the child's education, will need to be renewed before the child's visa extension, raising questions about the timing and process for securing both extensions.

Unless I'm wrong the Non-O based on raising a foreign child is not tied to the ED visa extension the child is on. BUT remember in Bangkok you can apply for a new yearly extension when you have 45 days or less left on the current one, meaning your child's extension could be applied for as early as April 15 or so.

here in Phuket it is implicitly applied to the date the ED visa is granted for. In the OPs case it would be 30th June. Once the child gets a further extension then the parent can apply again for the time the child has been given.

As long as your wife meets the financial requirements to get a year extension based on supporting a foreign child here she'll get the extension

during the eventual consideration time can she travel? what would happen?

extensions based on supporting children get that 30 day under consideration stamp anyway (which is really the first month of the new yearly extension) then you go back and get the rest of the 11 months inked into the passport after that.
