I’m going to Immigration tomorrow for my 90 days reporting. I have a marriage visa that expires in June 2020. I wont be back in Thailand to renew it. Should I let Immigration officers know about this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether to inform Immigration about not renewing their marriage visa during a 90-day reporting. Comments suggest that it's not necessary to disclose this and mention options for extending stays or alternative visas if planning for short visits.

No need to tell Immigration you will not be extending your Extension of Stay - Married to Thai.
As you are planning on returning for short stays, if meeting financial requirements for the Extension is of concern, you may wish to go to Savannakhet and get a one year Non O - Married to Thai. No funds needed in a Thai bank.
There are other options available such as the 60 days visiting Thai family available at Thai Immigration
Good luck with your plans for 2020.

i guess you do not have a visa, as with a visa you're only allowed to be 90 days inside the country. As you report every 90 days to Immigration you should have a big stamp with the text Extension of Stay is permitted up to ... Jun 2020. If you leave Thailand and you already know you will not be back before that date, you can just leave. If you think you might be back before that date than a re-entry permit can be useful to keep this stay alive and apply for a new Extension of Stay before ... Jun 2020.

You can come in with a 30 day Visa Exempt Entry, but as you may have seen in other topics, the Immigration Officers do not like that if you do that for many times, special back to back.
Can I just come back into Thailand in the future with my Australian passport on a 30 day tourist visa? I plan to bring my Thai wife to Australia to live. I will be going back to Australia to plan things, but may return back to Thailand for short trips
