it appears they were already ON some type of extension that required a 90 day report because that receipt is from DOING a 90 day report on the 11th of Dec ;)

Yes they explained at the Immigration. . I am not planning to leave anyway so that is no issue and I've set the alarm already for my 90 days report... but thanks for bring it to my attention

Now just remember the last bit stamped on that extension at the bottom, IF you're going to leave the country you need to BUY a re-entry permit before you stamp out

AND

you also need to file your 90 day report on time.
