TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a visa in Thailand, it is generally advisable to have your bank statement translated into English. Many embassies require an English translation of documents. While some embassies may be accustomed to seeing non-English documents from your home country, larger embassies tend to demand English or Thai translations to avoid any issues with processing your application.

Have you read the requirements listed at the Thai Embassy website in your country ? Or asked the embassy ?

Well if you apply at the embassy in your homecountry, they are used to see the kind of documents that are common in your country, even without translation.

But applying somewhere else, bigger demand for english or thai translated documents.

Many Embassies require English translation. You should contact the embassy you are applying from.
