TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can submit bank statements from multiple accounts for your visa application in Thailand, provided that all accounts are in your name. It is recommended to combine these statements into a single document, such as a PDF, along with a cover letter explaining your use of multiple accounts.

If you use multiple accounts they still have to be in YOUR name only and submitted as a single document, so create a PDF with a cover letter to give explanation as to why more to an one account.
