Hi. My current extension of stay under my Non OA visa expires on 18 July. I'm presently in Australia for medical treatment and will return to Thailand on 11 July and plan to apply for an extension of stay the next day. Can i expect any difficulties with immigration on arrival?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about potential immigration difficulties upon their return to Thailand from Australia on 11 July, as their Non OA visa extension expires on 18 July. A comment indicates that as long as they have a re-entry permit, there should be no issues, but they will be allowed entry only until the expiration date.

No, as long as you have a re-entry permit and realise that you will only be stamped in until 18 July.
