I don't understand why immigration hasn't responded yet... I submitted the 90-day report on May 4th and they still haven't replied. The app says "pending"... Does anyone have any suggestions?.. thanks 🙏
Answer summary
The user is concerned about not receiving a response from immigration regarding their 90-day report submitted on May 4th, which is still marked as "pending". Many commenters suggest visiting the immigration office in person, as the online system appears unreliable. They recommend checking email spam/junk folders for any responses, and some users share their experiences of timely processing when done in person. Others warn about potential fines if the report is late.

I understand if you live a very long way from the office or have mobility issues but if it's not being processed you will just have to do it in person. I live 35km from the immigration office but always go there to do the reporting, it's only 4 times a year and I make it a trip with the wife to a coffee shop so not a big deal for me.
If they haven’t responded , you’ll need to go to immigration, in person, in my experience. The online system seems to be hit or miss. I wouldn’t take any chances.
If I have done it online, approval always comes by e-mail next day ,(attchment). At least here at Chonburi. If weekend or Buddha day and immigration closed then of course take longer.
Exactly why I make the 40 minute drive to My local immigration office. In and out in 5 minutes. Yeah it takes up the day but We usually grab lunch and just make it an outing. Do the same with My annual extensions. Never did trust the on-line system.
Pretty obvious its not working. I wouldnt try to use it as an excuse for late reporting. Better get your arse down there and do it the hard way. Or pay an agent.
