Hello you awesome people

My 90 days report is due the exact same day I'm flying out of the country.

Should I do it or could I go?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus from the community is that you may not need to worry about completing your 90-day report if it's due the same day as your departure. Many users suggest that it's acceptable to travel out of the country on the 90th day, and the worst case scenario would be a fine of 2000 baht if it's noticed. It's also possible to file your report online or within 15 days prior to your departure, making compliance easier if you choose to do so. Overall, if you don’t plan on returning, many recommend not stressing about the report.

I really don't think it should be any problem at all. If it was 91st day then yes but 90th day . I am leaving this weekend after 92 days. I reported last Friday when I received my one year extension.

When I used to have a retirement visa I only did one 90 days report. The first one. After that i’d always travel outside the country every 90 days. Never had an issue.

If you are leaving and not planning to return i wouldn't worry about it. But if you do plan on returning you could be fined for failing to report if they happen to notice. Worst case scenario is a 2k baht fine

I'm coming back. I think if you leave the country, the 90 days report time stops from that day and it does start again from the date I come back. The new due date shall be 90 days from the day I come back to Thailand. I am sure there's no big fine on this

if you are inside Thailand for 90 consecutive days from your last report (or entry) you are required to report. Whether you do or not is up to you. The fine is only 2k baht even if you are here for a year without reporting

If you have previously done one in person in your current entry, you could do one online between 14 and 7 days before. Easy and takes only a few minutes to do. If not, you are probably good anyway. You will be leaving on the day. In worst case, you could be fined 2000 baht for missing it, but hard to imagine anyone pressing that when leaving the country the date of.

no absolutely not. They would never care about your 90 days at the airport. The theoretical fine would be next time OP went to the immigration office after the next entry.

But I think that's pretty far fetched, seeing as he is leaving the country on that date.

He is good.

No worries.

Don't worry about it. Border immigration don't care about 90-day reports. By the time you come back it'll be forgotten
