I was bit surprised today. I went to my Bangkok Bank branch to request a letter confirming my twelve monthly transfers of 65k Baht, required by immigration for the renewal of my extension. I was expecting to pay around 200 Baht for this. In the event I was charged 700. Baht. Is this about average for the service.

Krungsri bank in Korat charged me 400baht with letter and could only provide a statement for the last six months. Maybe because my account was in Pattaya.

almost certainly the case. I think you have to go to your own branch to get the full twelve months.

Went to pick up my letter today and received a 200 Baht refund. Apparently I was over charged, should have been 500 Baht, not 700.
