Your question is not a Thai Visa Advice question...but you will need to visit Thai Immigration in Chiang Mai.

Ask them if you can get a residence certificate ?

And the requirements for it ?

Its our belief you need at least 30 days remaining on your current visa/yearly extension to get one.

And if you are on amnesty extension until July 31 we believe you are not eligible to obtain the residence certificate.
