TLDR : Answer Summary
A traveler with a USA passport facing a tourist visa expiration on November 29 wants to know if they will incur a fine or penalty if they fly out on November 30. Comments clarify that if they leave before midnight on November 29, they typically won't face a fine for an overstay of under 24 hours.
Get through immigration before midnight on the 29th no sense getting an overstay stamp in your passport and if there would be a fine 500 baht but usually not for one day
The big question is what is the date mentioned in the Admitted Until stamp you got on arrival. The valid until date on the visa is only telling you that you have to use that visa before that date.
Then you can apply for a 30 day Extension of Stay at your local Immigration Office. If you have less than 24 hours overstay, normally the Immigration Officer only stamps your passport with an overstay stamp but no fines when leaving from International airports
