TLDR : Answer Summary
A visitor from the UK inquiring about a 2-week trip to Thailand in December is likely to face difficulties due to current travel regulations. Many comments suggest that, under existing rules, a quarantine period of at least two weeks in a government-approved hotel would be mandatory upon arrival in Thailand. Most community responses indicate that short visits are not feasible, especially with ongoing restrictions related to COVID-19, leading to the conclusion that such a trip is currently not advisable.

No problem if your on qualifing list...But you will need 6 weeks holiday...2 weeks quarantine in Thailand on arrival ..2 weeks holiday of your choice....2 weeks quarantine in UK when you return ( believe me the quarantine will be back for the UK in December) 🤔

The only reason uk would put Thailand back on the list in December is if Thailand had a massive amount of Covid-19. Its not that difficult to understand 🤣🤣

BKK Airways were quoted at a Chamber of Commerce meeting recently as saying their international flights would not open up until at least April. And even then I would add months. Save your pennies and your anxiety.
