Will I face any issues with my travel plans in Thailand and Vietnam?
Not retirement but
We usually travel 90 days in Thailand then leave for Vietnam for 30 days
We booked return flights YVR to BKK this year. Wondering if we will have any problems
We will stay 75 days in Thailand 60 days on arrival (or get the 60 day visa if required by then). And then do the 30 day extension then off to Vietnam for 60 days.
I have my flights booked DaNang return to BKK only staying 1 night
Do you think we will have any issues?

Given your only returning for 1 night and have your flights back home in hand you should be fine

You could get Non-O visas for your 75 days stay then, when you return, there will be no question about entering visa exempt. This also means no proof of onward travel needed and no visit to Immigration and the 1900B extension fees.
