Has away one managed to successfully gain a Non-imigrate O multi-entry visa through the Thai London embassy? I'm not yet 50, so I can't apply for a retirement visa, but I have family depentents and tick all the boxes which are requested in the application.
The reason I'm asking is it used to be easier to gain a Non-immigrate O multi-entry visa in the past, but until recently the embassy only offered a single entry.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the possibility of obtaining a Non-Immigrant O multi-entry visa at the Thai embassy in London, particularly since the applicant is not yet 50 and qualifies through family dependents. The conversation reveals that the embassy previously issued these visas but stopped a few years ago, and it discusses the implications of having a multi-entry versus a single entry visa during quarantine restrictions.
I can't answer your question but is it really desirable to have a multi-entry visa versus a single entry in this time of quarantine? Wouldn't you have to re-enter Thailand every 90 days and go through whatever quarantine is in effect at that time to gain another 90-day permission to stay?
If you get a non-O visa you could extend that for one year permission to stay in Thailand if you meet the requirements to do so. In that case, you would not have to leave and re-enter Thailand and face whatever quarantine remains in effect at that time.
I live in Thailand with family and work internationally. So, it makes perfect sense to go back to the non-O multi-entry if it is reinstated. It looks like it has when I surfed through the Thai embassy website
