I went to extend my Non-o visa on November 26th and they gave me a stamp saying the visa is under consideration and said to return on December 25th to collect my Visa.
They also told me that they would call and schedule a house inspection within the month.
They have not yet called me and I'm just curious if this is normal?
I plan on going into immigration on Monday to see if there is anything else I need to do.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the delay in scheduling a house inspection after extending their Non-O visa, expressing concern over not receiving a call from immigration. Community members advised to follow the provided instructions to return on the designated date and suggested that a home inspection may not always occur, as verification might also be done through local authorities.
