Do applicants from certain countries need to apply in person for a DTV in Indonesia?
I'm planning to apply for DTV in Indonesia, but I'm from one of the countries here:

That's definitely new... At least, I've never seen anyone posting about in person application from there since the start of E-Visa. It's seems it's tightening up again there.
