TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they must apply in person for a DTV (Thai Non-Immigrant Visa) due to their nationality, referencing additional requirements for non-Indonesian applicants. There is uncertainty among the commenters about the need for in-person applications, with some noting that certain countries may face extra scrutiny and the possibility of interviews.

Some people deny it but certain countries/passports do have extra scrutiny.

That's definitely new... At least, I've never seen anyone posting about in person application from there since the start of E-Visa. It's seems it's tightening up again there.

If asked for an interview you need to go in person.
