Can I apply for a DTV visa from Pakistan and what should I do if the embassy is unresponsive?
Can I get DTV from Pakistan? I sent email to embassy but no response as yet, any suggestions?
Answer summary
Yes, you can apply for a DTV visa from Pakistan, as confirmed by a user who has successfully obtained one. If you are experiencing delays in responses from the embassy, it is suggested to visit the embassy in Islamabad in person, as they are known for being unresponsive to emails and calls.

They don't respond to mails or to calls. Soon their visit visa will also become e-visa, better to visit embassy by yourself at Islamabad. And about DTV application from Pakistan, yes you can apply because one of my friend got DTV already.
