What happens after checking in using the TM30 online app and is there confirmation from immigration?

Can you tell me what happens after you use the the TM30 online app to check in? Is there follow up mail from immigration confirming the check in that can be printed out and if so roughly how long does this take? TIA

you go back into the system and search for your data, then do a screen grab of it and print it.

It's a passive data entry system only you never get anything from immigration when you file TM30's online.
