Can you still work remotely under a soft power visa? I am not planning on applying under workcation just wanted to know if it’s legal to work remotely(not for anyone in Thailand, but for a foreign company) later while still under the soft power visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is legal to work remotely for a foreign company while on a soft power visa in Thailand. However, if you choose to extend your stay through immigration, you may need to provide evidence of your ongoing remote work activities. To simplify the process, it's suggested to do a border run to avoid extensive paperwork.

It is ok but if you extend via immigration then you can be asked for evidence of continued activity. You should do a border run to avoid the need to submit new paperwork.

Yes no problem, all DTVs are the same unless it states what category in the remarks.
