I'm planning a trip to France.  I have a USA passport.  I need to obtain a new ED visa for Thailand.  Will that be possible at the Thai Embassy in Paris?  Or should I plan on going to Laos before returning to Thailand?  This will be my second ED visa, I have all the appropriate paperwork and proofs.  Thank you for your responses.
