Is it acceptable to travel with scattered empty pages in my passport for entry requirements?

Empty passport pages

Hi all, I'm leaving for a country that requires two empty passport pages, and plan to return to Thailand after. I come at three, but they're scattered across my passport. The empty pages are 4, 8, and 31. I'm seeking some reassurance that this is ok. Or if not, let me know.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking reassurance about having three scattered empty pages (4, 8, and 31) in their passport while traveling to a country that requires two blank pages. Responses indicate that having non-adjacent empty pages is generally acceptable, but several commenters suggest renewing the passport due to the low number of available pages. Others share personal experiences of traveling without issue, as long as the pages used were suitable for stamping.

Make sure the empty pages you have dont say " endorsment" on the page. This is the case is USA passports, there are pages at the back that cant be stamped if they say " endorsment".

yeah I have excluded pages that appear to have different purposes. The ones I counted 3 of all have big letters "VISA" on them, the other pages do not.

Thanks for the heads up!

That's not a problem.

You can put some sticky notes on the blank pages for the agent, but it’s time for a new passport…..

I'll do the opposite. I think better keep the blank ones blank and use the other pages more efficiently.

It is ok but need to renew.

Do you have a COVID certificate?

how's that related??

I didn't have any issues recently. I asked Thai Immigration to place their stamp on a blank area on a page not co-located with their entry stamp nor on a page with my visa stamp. They had no issues in complying.

I did similarly when I came in (I did not yet have my long-term visa though). I showed them where I wanted them to stamp. They paused for a moment then happily assisted.
