TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring whether their friend, who will have just two pages left in their passport and will be entering Thailand after obtaining a Cambodian visa, can successfully enter through the Chong Chom border. Comments suggest that a full-page Cambodian visa is required, along with sufficient space for multiple entry and exit stamps. It is recommended to check entry permissions and consider an E-Visa for Cambodia, which may not occupy a full page. Also, the conversation highlights that travel regulations may be impacted by current conditions, including the need for a Certificate of Entry (CoE) and quarantine requirements.

Suggest he double check his ability to enter the border as mentioned. The only ones able to get the permission are those expats who live in Cambodia...

not those that fly in and cross...

And needs CoE from Thai Embassy Phnom Penh.

And meet mandatory quarantine 15+ days....BTW...Buriram no longer will be an ASQ hotel.

BE that as it may, the cambodian visa is a FULL page sticker AND you need a place for the entry and exit stamp to cambodia too AND an entry stamp to thailand.

Now whether he has enough pages or not is something he's gonna find out..

He COULD get an "E-Visa" to cambodia which means they don't put a full page sticker in his passport just the arrival/departure stamps
