Tomorrow I’ll go to the immigration to do the 90-day reporting. Is it a problem if my room contract will expire in some days (4th of February)? Thank you so much

TLDR : Answer Summary
No, it is not a problem if your room contract expires soon when you go for your 90-day reporting. As long as your TM30 form is filed, your current residence is what matters for the reporting.

No. It's where you are at that point in time. Not where you will be the week after next

Not an issue if you have a filed TM30.
