Last reports are that you can use the drive up service at the Airport location AND you can walk in at Promenada too.

thank you. I went to the drive thru at the immigration office near the CM airport around 12.15 and the drive thru window was closed. I wasn't sure if they moved to pomenada or just out for lunch. I'll go back again now. Thanks again everyone.

That window closes from noon until 1 pm for lunch break.

Seeing as there are 70+ immigration offices, when you make a post like this you need to specify WHAT immigration office you're talking about ;)
