Is health insurance required for a Non-O-A visa extension based on marriage in Thailand?

I hold a valid O-A visa based on retirement. As we know the 12 month extension requires health insurance which is fine

My question is if the extension application is based on marriage instead is health insurance still required on O-A?

then visit your Thai Immigration office and obtain requirements to obtain an Extension based on Marriage vs the OA extension you now have.

No health insurance is required for the Marriage extension.
