TLDR : Answer Summary
A TM 30 card slip serves as proof of where you have stayed in the past and is not useful outside of Thailand. For visa applications, especially for an E-Visa at a Thai Embassy or Consulate, it is advisable to use booking confirmations or specify the name of your hotel instead, as domestic immigration documents are generally not accepted.

generally, domestic Thai Immigration documents (inside Thailand) are not to be used for a Thai E–Visa Application at a Thai Embassy/Consulate (outside Thailand)

Just put the name of the hotel you'll be staying at initially, and booking confirmation if you have it

A TM30 is proof that you stayed somewhere in the past. It's not useful for anything outside of Thailand.
