TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among comments is that your girlfriend cannot accompany you as a dependent on your DTV visa unless you are married. She would need to apply for her own visa, such as a Soft Power visa, which may require specific financial evidence and supporting documents. If she is not a spouse, only a tourist visa or her own DTV visa would be applicable.
You’ll need to apply for her under the Soft Power visa category. She’ll need to show 500,000 Baht in her account, ideally seasoned for at least 3 months, though this can vary depending on the embassy.
I applied through the London embassy myself. I’m on a workcation visa, but for her, I went with the Soft Power route. It cost around £800 in total. I also transferred the 500,000 Baht to her account — it had only been seasoned for about a month, but it was accepted. I sponsored her accommodation and other expenses as well.
Not sure your question here. She can apply for a visa or if she comes from one of the nationalities that is visa exempt, she can enter 60 days. None of that relates to your DTV visa though.
