What's the procedure at IT Laksi if I have an appointment booked online?

I remember Laksi being a bit chaotic last time I was there. There were a couple Thai people checking your documentation before being allowed through to queue.

I just booked my appointment for 2:30pm - how does this work - do I need to go to a special counter or notify anyone there that I have an appointment?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have an appointment at IT Laksi, it is recommended to arrive about 15 minutes early. Bring all your paperwork filled out and a printed copy of your appointment confirmation email. When you arrive, show your documents to the staff at the initial check-in (referred to as "stage 1"), and they will guide you to the appropriate office for your appointment.

show up about 15 minutes BEFORE your appt with all your paperwork filled out and the email of the appt booking printed out

Show it to the people at "stage 1" where you first check in, they'll send you directly to the office

- I might allow a bit longer in case it's busy. They still have their own extra forms to fill in and the checks at Stage 1 can move slowly.

they have an appt booked,

as long as they have those forms filled out (Form 1 the TM7 application, Form 2 the Terms and Form 3 the overstay acknowledgements) along with their copies etc done they should be fine,

but you're correct,

no harm going early (although they usually won't let you in early).

Personally if I had everything filled out, signed all my copies I wouldn't even queue up at that "Stage 1" but just walk right up and show the appt print out at the next stage where they give the queue number to get in the office

I thought I saw a sign about people with appts last time I was there too.
