TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-O visa based on retirement in Thailand, it is not sufficient to only provide a pension value statement; both a pension statement showing monthly payments and 3 months of bank statements reflecting these deposits are typically required.

A pension value statement is not the same as a pension in payment. A value statement only shows what the current pot is worth and not what is being paid per month.

I sent my pension statements but they wanted 3 months' bank statements too, showing the pensions deposited. It wasn't either or, it was both.

I would say the pension statement and the bank statement where the pension is going into should cover it
