How to apply for a DTV visa from Singapore when it is unavailable online?

Anybody applied DTV visa from Singapore? Online or in-person visit to embassy? . Singaore website [[members only]) does not have DTV option to choose.  Does anyone know if we should choose the 'Others' option, manually enter 'DTV' in the text box, and submit all documents? But how do we make the payment? 

After submission, without confirmation that this is for the DTV visa, the website may not provide a payment option. This case should i need to go embassy with passport and make payment and submit passport and relevant documents?

Please advise if anyone has applied for the DTV from Singapore.

Does this mean that local singaporean is good to apply through the website as mine was rejected on16th Aug, was told that it's yet to open for DTV application. But looking at other post and embassy link it shown that it was opened on 23th Aug. Cross figure it would be available soon 😄

I understand from a Singapore citizen who checked with the Royal Thai embassy in Singapore and was told it wasn't available then . That was like 2 months ago.

I emailed the Embassy, they told me to apply under OTHERS. I didn't submit my application yet, i need some more infos. Would be nice to have your update when you have. Cheers

sure. So many questions unanswered when i try to apply DTV under 'Others'. They should give some guideline how to apply instead making us to call everything. Its not clear how to make payment? Online or in-person? Will they provide visa as pdf or stamped on passport page? Still unclear

You have to go at the Embassy, so I am pretty sure that the Visa will be stamped into the passport. And my guess is that you will have to pay in-person as well, as it works in other Embassies and Consulates for DTV.

But I could be wrong.

Maybe the Embassy will provide these infos after your admission is submitted.
