Payment is handled by some 3rd party processor and KBank. Embassy only cares that it's paid, not by whom or how.

You don’t have a card? Why not get one yourself? It’s easier than asking people you don’t know.

Probably as the embassy is only looking for the payment in regards to application xyz, and not the name on the payment gateway card used, for example a father paying for his dependant child's DTV.

You can get Revolut or a similar e-wallets and create a digital card to use.
