TLDR : Answer Summary
A Non-O retirement visa will expire on the 24th of this month. If you return to Thailand at the end of April, you may not be able to get a 30-day stamp at immigration since your Non-O visa will be expired. You might need to consider other options for your return to Thailand or reapplying for a new visa.
