TLDR : Answer Summary
Argentinian citizens can enter Thailand on a 90-day visa waiver, but the number of times they can do this in a year depends on the discretion of immigration officers. While technically you can re-enter multiple times, frequent entries may raise concerns of visa abuse, leading to potential denial of entry. Some suggest that applying for a 60-day tourist visa followed by a 30-day extension might be a better option, but this typically wouldn't apply to Argentinian citizens who benefit from the visa waiver.

Argentina citizens get 90 days visa waiver. Absolutely no point in buying a tourist visa for 60 days and then extending. As

You can do it until you can't anymore. Each entry is at the discretion of the immigration officer so if they think you are abusing the free entries and trying to live in Thailand without a long term visa, eventually they will deny entry. No one can tell you how many times it will take for that to happen.
