As we were told that 60 days would be reduced to 30, and I was going to travel one week later, I got nervous! I applied for 60 days visa, and paid the required fee! Now one month and two weeks later, I haven’t heard anything from visa office! Please don’t write that visa haven’t been changed to 30 days, that I understand, but NO ANSWER????? What about if it is getting changed later, how long does it take to apply???
Leif Findsen Schou we just got notified that ours is now pending approval, I would try to contact. 1 month is way to long and after 14 days I think it cancels itself? We should be heading to Bangkok tomorrow fingers crossed.
Are you sure you're allowed to apply for a tourist evisa outside of your home country? I think they require a flight from your home country to Thailand. They won't accept a flight from Vietnam to Thailand if you're not Vietnamese.
Jason Mendoza Definitely for Single Entry Tourist E–Visa (SETV), those Passport countries that already have Free Visa Exemption Stamp entry into Thailand ( ผ.60–ม.17 ) can generally apply at any Thai Embassy/Thai Consulate, particular those of neighboring countries, nearby countries, such as Vietnam
As for Multiple Entry Tourist E–Visa (METV), then, generally, one must be a resident inside the country where that Thai Embassy/Thai Consulate is located at
What additional documents did the Thai Embassy in Hanoi or Thai Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City (particularly which one??) ask you for your Single Entry Tourist E–Visa (SETV) as a British Passport holder??
Perhaps it was about selfie photos, current location, and uploading all pages of your passport??
Dca Dca I had all of these , it’s only because I have family I’m supposed to be meeting there on the 9th and I applied on the 25th thinking it’d give me enough time. I’m in Ho Chi Minh City
Ant W Tailor I am applying for tourist 60 day visa at the moment as my non ed visa has just ended and I have a window where I have to wait to apply for my DTV as I only put the funds in my account a month ago and I need a minimum of 3 months. I’m worried if I enter without this tourist visa they will turn me away due to already having had the non ed visa.
