How long does it take to get DTV approval after applying from Vietnam?
I understand that I have to leave Thailand to apply for DTV. So I would fly to Vietnam and apply from there. Do you have any experience regarding how long the approval takes?
Answer summary
The approval time for a DTV visa application from Vietnam varies, with reports ranging from as fast as 2 to 7 business days, depending on document completeness and the city of application (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City). Users have advised flexibility in travel plans due to potential delays.

It took me like 4 days in total, and that was with one request of more documents. If you have all the documents you need then maybe 2 days? Might depend on if it's Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh
