TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a one-year visa in Thailand based on marriage to a Thai citizen, you can start by applying for a 90-day Non-O visa at a Thai consulate in your home country. After arriving in Thailand, you'll need to deposit 400,000 baht into a Thai bank account in your name for at least two months. Before your 90-day visa expires, visit an immigration office to apply for a one-year extension based on marriage, which typically costs 1900 baht. Always verify requirements with your local immigration office as they may vary.

Ask Google or go into a office or are you expecting people to do all the work for you

You buy the 90 day Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai from the thai consulate in your country before you come here

Then you get 400k baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months

and

when you have 30 days or less left on the 90 day entry stamp from the Non-O visa you go to apply for a yearly extension of stay based on marriage at your immigration office for 1900baht

These are the general requirements to get the year extension at the immigration office based on marriage to a thai. They are not office specific, check with your office once you are here for their hand out listing the requirements

Maybe hard to answer, but if anyone knows it’ll be you.

Why have they pulled the ME None O, and any intention of bringing it back?

I leave every 28 days, for 28 days.

This extension of stay takes about that for approval.

How to get this processed quicker Tod?

Talk with your Immigration Office, it might get done quicker or take longer until your next visit.

you can't get it processed quicker and I have no idea why they discontinued the year, multi Non-Imm visas

yes you can

@Ken *********
you can indeed, you need to have the 400K in a thai bank account in your name only and you need a minimum number of days left on your free stamp 60 day entry stamp to apply

Check with your immigration office (because not all of them will issue it)

you can show proof of funds for that 90 day Non-O visa in your country when you buy the visa there

the 400k is absolute & best put aside for each upcoming years you plan on using the ‘based on marriage’ option.
