TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a Khor.Ror.22 in Thailand, you first need your marriage certificate from the UK properly translated and certified, which can be done through the UK Embassy or an honorary consul. After certification, the documents must be co-legalized by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once these steps are completed, you can register your marriage at the Amphur office, where you will be able to obtain the Khor.Ror.22 certificate. It's also noted that opening a bank account may be difficult on a tourist visa, so you might consider changing your visa status to a Non-O.

John Deeney . . first, you need your marriage registered inside Thailand. You need your UK marriage documents translated and certified by the UK Embassy in Bangkok or by a honorary UK consul on Phuket. Then these papers need co-legalization by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Only after this process you will be able to register your marriage on an Amphur office inside Thailand - and the Amphur is the office which will issue a freshly printed Kor Ror 22 (or Kor Ror 2 whichever applies)

You be better served leaving and applying for your non-o outside Thailand. You might want to consider being on retirement of you're old enough. Marriage has a lot more paperwork and it's a hassle every year.

You asking what exactly? The Khor.ror.22 you can get in any amphur just bring the wife, cost about 20 baht to get a printed copy

If you asking how to open bank? impossible now on visa extempt / tourist visa. Then you need to talk with immigration to covert your extempt entry to non-o
