Hello, I need to go to Phnom Penh to apply for my non-O visa at the embassy. I wanted to know if the application is still processed through the official website or if I need to go in person, and how many days it takes to get the visa. Thank you all.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The application for a Non-O visa can be initiated online through the Thai Evisa website. However, applicants must be physically present in the country where they are submitting their application, such as at the Thai embassy in Phnom Penh. Processing times can vary and are typically uncertain, especially around Thai public holidays, so it is advisable to check directly with the embassy for specific timelines.

Don't think any of the embassies have any time set as normal. Like most things Thailand, when it's done that's how long it takes

Well if it’s anytime soon. Forget it with Thai New years

Good question.

You say you need to go to Phnon Penh. Just go there (Thailand Embassy/Consulate) with the required documentation and submit it. They will advise you when to return.

Take a photocopy of your passport and always carry it with you.
